Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 June 2026. These terms explain how clients may use TrustForce Hosting and the Netronical messaging automation platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, connecting a messaging number, using the dashboard, using the API, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

2. Service description

TrustForce Hosting provides a hosted platform for connecting business messaging numbers, creating keyword rules, sending approved business messages, forwarding webhook events to client systems, viewing logs, and managing subscription billing. Certain features depend on external providers, including messaging infrastructure, payment gateways, hosting providers, email delivery services and network availability.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys, webhook secrets and connected devices secure. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account or API key has been compromised. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including messages sent through your linked numbers and API keys.

4. Acceptable use

You may only use the platform for lawful business communication. You may not use it for spam, fraud, harassment, phishing, illegal content, misleading promotions, unauthorised bulk messaging, malware distribution, or any activity that damages our infrastructure or reputation. You must have the right or permission to contact the recipients you message.

5. Client content and message data

You remain responsible for the content of messages, auto-replies, media files, webhook payloads and API requests sent through your account. We may store logs and metadata needed to operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, calculate usage and comply with legal obligations.

6. Plans, limits and billing

Plans may include limits such as connected numbers, API keys, webhooks, rules and monthly message volume. Fees are charged in South African Rand unless otherwise stated. Monthly and yearly billing options may be available. A plan change becomes active after successful payment confirmation or manual admin approval.

Unpaid, failed, reversed or disputed payments may result in account suspension, downgraded access, or disabled API activity. Prices, limits and included features may be updated from time to time, but active clients will be given reasonable notice for material pricing changes where practical.

7. Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party services such as payment gateways, email providers, hosting infrastructure and messaging technology. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, rejected messages, policy enforcement, account bans, delayed delivery or changes caused by third-party services.

8. API and webhook usage

You must protect your API keys and webhook secrets. You may not overload the platform, bypass rate limits, scrape private endpoints, or attempt to reverse engineer internal systems. Webhook forwarding is provided on a best-effort basis with logging and retry support where available.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, non-payment, security risk, excessive failed delivery, unlawful conduct, or use that may harm the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time, but already-paid fees are not automatically refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

10. Availability and support

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, hosting outages, network issues, third-party API changes and security incidents may affect access. Support is provided through the channels listed on the website or dashboard.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, TrustForce Hosting, Netronical and their operators are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business, loss of data, reputational harm, message delivery failures, account restrictions, or third-party service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the service during the previous three months.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
